Deshan Reddy - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Deshan has built his career on company financial and business operations management and has held numerous key business positions from Financial Manager, Company Secretary, Company Chairman, to Business Owner. He is a graduate of the Durban Institute of Technologies, an accredited accounting officer and member of the Institute of Administrators and Commerce (IAC) and a member of the Institute of Directors. Deshan is a dedicated accountant and business advisory consultant, highly regarded by clients, business partners, and senior executives as a key advisor, creative problem solver, and results-driven financial professional. Demonstrated successes in turnaround management, with proven ability to “right-size” operations, improve profitability scenarios and implement crucial change initiatives.  He is able to assist companies to analyse their business requirements and formulate and implement strategic initiatives to reach desired outcomes, focusing on business forecast and cash flow management to ensure continuity of companies.

Peter Chong - Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Peter has built his career on information technology and business development and operations management and has held numerous diverse positions from sales and marketing manager, QA manager, IT manager, Business Unit Director, to Business Owner. From his early childhood, he has obtained textile, manufacturing, retail and wholesale industry experience from his family businesses. Peter also has working experience and knowledge in corporate industries, such as telecommunications, banking insurance and litigation. After he graduated from university, he moved into the field of information technology and business development and management. He has proven and led companies from difficult financial situations to profitability, sustainability and growth. Peter is a BSc. graduate of the University of Cape Town, a member of the Institute of Directors, an accredited software tester of the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) and an accredited security tester of the Institute for Security and Open Methodologies (ISECOM).
